Lemcke Landscape

Lemcke Landscape is an established contractor serving the Indianapolis, IN community with professional contracting services. Meet our founder, Mr. Gus Lemcke. He grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from North Central High School. One of his first jobs was working for a local garden center where he was a grower of annuals on the northwest side of Indianapolis, during his junior and senior year of high school. He so enjoyed this job that he decided to pursue a career in the green industry, he then attended Vincennes University and received his undergraduate degree in Horticulture. Upon receiving his undergraduate degree he and a fellow student from Vincennes University started a successful lawn maintenance company. After a couple of years Gus decided he wanted to experience more of a variety of the green industry beyond lawn maintenance. Over the next few years he worked for a few different companies including a landscape installation company. These experiences helped him realize that his true passion was in landscape design and installation.
